OF BRISTOL METAL SPRAYING & PROTECTIVE COATINGS LTD incorporating PROTECTIVE RUBBER COATINGS (LIMPETITE) LTD AND THE BARRIE PAYNE GROUP LTD

Bristol Metal Spraying & Protective Coatings Ltd is in business to provide industrial protective coatings and it is the policy of the Group to maintain an effective and efficient Quality System which meets the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2000 and AS 9100 'Quality Management Systems’

The Group’s quality objectives are to comply with the requirements of the standard and ensure the effectiveness of the quality management system, to achieve continual improvement and customer satisfaction, to reduce non-conformances, rejections and customer complaints. This Group believes that customer perception is highly important and customer satisfaction is measured by feedback and recorded for review and monitored.

The Quality System is approved to the BS EN ISO 9001:2000 and AS 9100 standards by an independent approved body, namely, NQA - National Quality Assurance. Our Approval Certificate No. is 7454 and we are re-assessed annually.

Our Quality Manual, copies available on request, summarises the Quality System operated by the Group and more detailed information is available by viewing our Quality Procedures BMB02.

The Managing & Quality Director is responsible for the execution of the quality programme, including environmental, safety and reliability aspects, and for the provision of adequate resources and qualified personnel for verification purposes. The system is designed to ensure that every aspect of manufacture and processing from bought in materials through to final inspection and delivery is controlled so that the products are produced to a specified level of quality.
