We are approved to BS EN ISO 9001:2000 and AS9100 by NQA, National Quality Assurance. Our Certificate is No. 22592 and we are approved for the following:

Industrial coatings, specialising in in-house and on-site surface treatment including preparation, metal/plasma spraying, ceramic, synthetic rubber, glass flake and painting.

All of our workmanship is closely monitored and controlled in accordance with our quality procedures. Items are inspected on arrival and throughout the entire process by our own in house inspectors to the required Quality Assurance level in accordance with ISO9001:2000 and/or AS9100 as required and to customers specific quality requirements.

Inspection and control takes priority when processing work through our factory from the cleanliness of the blast profile to the finish coated item. Where required environmental conditions are monitored and recorded to ensure that coating materials are applied in strict accordance with the manufacturers technical data sheet. Thickness checks are taken and recorded for the issue of Inspection Record Sheets and Certificates of “Conformity” which assure the quality of our work.

AS9100 is a widely adopted and standardised quality management system for the aerospace industry. AS9100 replaces the earlier AS9000 and fully incorporates the entirety of the current version of the ISO9000 series, while adding additional requirements relating to quality and safety. All major aerospace manufacturers and suppliers worldwide require compliance and/or registration to AS9100 as a condition of doing business with them.
